Customers may cancel a reservation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to receive a full fare refund. Cancellations may be submitted through the official website, mobile website, mobile applications, or by emailing info@ridedesotocab.com.
For reservations made by telephone, the booking fee is non-refundable.
DeSoto Cab Company LLC will not issue a refund for any reservation cancelled or modified less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
Reservations made within two hours of the scheduled pickup time are also non-refundable if cancelled or abandoned.
Failure to appear or failure to provide accurate contact information may be treated as reservation abandonment, resulting in forfeiture of the fare.
If your flight is cancelled or delayed, you must notify DeSoto Cab Company LLC at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Failure to provide timely notice may result in the reservation being marked as abandoned and the fare being forfeited.
A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation.
Your credit card will be charged before the service is provided.
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
We do not store or have access to your credit card details.
By providing your payment information, you authorize DeSoto Cab Company LLC to charge your card for:
Fare and booking fees
Late cancellation or no-show fees
Tolls, additional services, or damages (if applicable)

Own or operate vehicles
Employ drivers

All rides are provided by independent third-party contractors, who are solely responsible for the safety, condition, and operation of their vehicles.
By booking through this platform, you agree that DeSoto Cab Company LLC is not liable for any issues related to transportation services provided by independent contractors, including:
Delays or late arrivals
Service cancellations
Accidents, incidents, or injuries
Quality of service
Loss of personal items
Any disputes or claims relating to transportation services must be directed to the contractor who provided the ride.

Found items may be returned to riders at their expense. Items unclaimed after 30 days may be discarded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DESOTO CAB COMPANY LLC is not liable for:
Delays due to traffic, weather, or mechanical issues
Injuries resulting from rider negligence or misconduct
Lost or damaged personal items
Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
Any liability is limited to the cost of the specific ride.
