This notice explains the address-search feature available when using FlexNow to book an airport transfer with DeSoto Cab Elite.
How address search works
When address search is enabled, Google Maps receives the text you enter and a temporary session token. Google Maps uses them to suggest addresses and businesses and to resolve your selected suggestion to a location.
Address searches use a general Bay Area location preference. The address-search feature does not request your device’s GPS location.
Other address providers may receive your search text when they are used as a fallback. A full residential street address may be checked using the U.S. Census geocoder. Suggestions identify approximate street locations when that is what is being shown.
How selected locations are used
The address and location you select are used to calculate fares and, if you book, to arrange your ride.
Check the full address and add any entrance or pickup instructions before booking. A search suggestion does not confirm service availability.
Google Maps terms and privacy
Google Maps features are subject to Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service (opens in a new tab). Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab), which is incorporated here for these features.
